Tom is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with a range of clinical experience including work in an eating disorder unit in mental health hospital, and in private practice settings. He enjoy helping people to manage their health in a way that promotes enjoyable eating and a peaceful relationship with food.
Tom recognises that your gender, sexuality, sex, race, body shape/size can affect all aspects of your health and well-being, your relationship with food and your body, and your experiences with healthcare professionals. Tom is committed to providing a space for all people to discuss their health concerns in a way that acknowledges and affirms their individuality.
Tom has undertaken training in a range of eating disorder treatment modalities and draws of these to support people seeking to improving their relationship with food and their bodies. These include:

In addition to working one on one with clients Tom provides support and supervision to the Mind Body Well dietetic team, supervision for dietitians working externally, and has facilitated professional development trainings and webinars on LGBTIQA+ health, men's hormone health, and eating disorder treatment.
Tom is happy to work a range of health concerns, with particular interest in:
