Mindful Embodiment - Online Program

The Mindful Embodiment Program addresses skills and strategies to assist people who have eating and body image concerns, with a focus on mindfulness and awareness of the internal experience of the body. The content will focus on connecting and coping with your thoughts, feelings, and physical sensations, which can in turn increase self-compassion and confidence in managing distress about eating issues and body image. The program is based on the principles of Mindfulness-Integrated Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and provides a helpful adjunct to individual therapy.
