Kelly Conte is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with over 20 years of experience in nutrition counselling. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Monash University and a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Deakin University. Kelly is also a Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician and a member of both Dietitians Australia and the Australia New Zealand Academy of Eating Disorders (ANZAED). 

Kelly provides compassionate care to those grappling with eating disorders and with concerning behaviours around food, eating, and their bodies, offering personalized, evidence-based strategies to support individuals through their recovery journeys.  

Kelly takes a size-inclusive, non-diet approach to nutrition, aligned with the Health at Every Size® principles. She is deeply committed to helping individuals develop a positive relationship with food, body, and movement.  

In addition to her work with eating disorders, Kelly has a deep interest in women’s health, particularly in areas such as PCOS, endometriosis, and supporting women through peri- and post-menopause. She also has extensive experience in managing IBS, having completed additional training in this area at Monash University.
