Kellie is a Registered Psychologist with experience in private practice, community settings, and corporate training. She enjoys supporting clients from diverse backgrounds and communities, is aligned with Health at Every Size (HAES®) principles, and works from a non-diet approach.
Kellie uses a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT and CBT-E), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR*) as appropriate. She has a particular interest in providing support to individuals who have lived through traumatic experiences. Kellie helps clients cultivate self-compassion and self-understanding across a range of mental health concerns such as eating disorders, body image concerns, anxiety and depression, life transitions and adjustment, and stress management.
Kellie works from a strengths-based and trauma-informed perspective, partnering with clients to build resilience and promote healing.
