Available for in-person appointments at our Melbourne office, and also for Telehealth (video) appointments.
Courtney is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with experience in helping people to navigate the complex interplay of food, eating, bodies, and health, using non-diet and Health At Every Size (HAES) frameworks.
Courtney works collaboratively with clients in a gentle and affirming manner, enabling clients to explore their own relationship to food and body – past and present – so that a different reality may be imagined for the future.
Courtney enjoys helping people manage their health in a way which aligns with each person’s values, while promoting flexibility and enjoyment in their relationship to food and body. They aim to provide care to clients which is trauma informed and client centred, where clients are met with unconditional positive regard.
Courtney provides Dietetic Therapy for people across the weight spectrum who are experiencing eating disorders, and has a special interest in working with people with gut disorders, neurodivergence, and mental health concerns.
Courtney has experience working in public and private sectors, having previously provided care in inpatient and outpatient medical settings, private practice and aged care.
