Mia is a Registered Psychologist with experience in both private psychology clinics and educational settings. Mia works with people with a variety of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, concerns related to eating and body image and emotion regulation issues. She is also comfortable working with neurodivergent individuals, in a trauma informed manner. Mia embodies a warm, empathetic and compassionate approach with her clients. She strives to create a safe and accepting space where people can authentically connect and explore their concerns at their own pace.

Through the use of a client-centered approach, Mia tailors interventions to meet individual needs and preferences. She draws from a variety of evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based approaches.
